Legal Assistant

My professional experience includes practical work in the field of legal support for businesses, contract analysis, and legal consulting. Throughout my professional activities, I have gained experience in preparing legal documents, analyzing legal risks, supporting corporate and labor law matters, and interacting with clients on legal consulting issues.
Currently, I work as a Legal Assistant at the audit organization MOORE CA, where I participate in the preparation, revision, and analysis of contracts, identification of legal risks, and support of corporate and employment-related matters. As part of my work, I also prepare written legal explanations and consultations for clients and provide legal support to foreign clients in the registration of permanent establishments of foreign companies in Uzbekistan.

Previously, I completed an internship at Maratoff Consulting, where I was involved in searching and analyzing legal information, reviewing documents for compliance with current legislation, consulting clients on legal matters, and assisting in legal projects at various stages of their implementation.

I also completed internships at the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, where I participated in analyzing constituent documents and reports of non-governmental non-profit organizations for compliance with legislation and monitoring their activities in accordance with statutory objectives and legal requirements. In addition, I interned at the Nukus Interdistrict Civil Court, where I assisted in the preparation of court proceedings and studied civil cases.

I graduated from Karakalpak State University with a degree in Law.
