Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the audit team in performing daily tasks and coordinating audit processes;
- Communicate with clients to ensure timely collection of required documentation and information;
- Prepare and organize audit files, working papers, and initial analytical materials (leads);

- Verify the accuracy of account balances to ensure the reliability of financial reporting;

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounting records in the areas of expenses, sales, accounts receivable, and accounts payable;
- Receive and review primary accounting documents for accuracy and proper classification; record transactions in the accounting system, barcode documents, and prepare data for reporting; ensure document security and proper archiving;
- Conduct account reconciliations with counterparties; monitor receipt of original documents and follow up with counterparties as needed;
- Perform banking operations: prepare payment orders, print and process bank statements;
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail; maintain document records using the 1C Document Management system;
Prepare documentation for tenders, draft letters, powers of attorney, contracts and addendums; participate in inventory counts.

1. Organization and management of audit projects for clients from various industries, ensuring full compliance with both national requirements and international auditing standards (ISA);
2. Conducting an audit and preparing financial statements with a guarantee of accuracy, reliability and compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.);
3. Identification and analysis of financial and operational risks, providing recommendations for improving the efficiency of the internal control system and optimizing business processes;
4. Building trusting and professional relationships with clients through regular interaction;
5. Preparation of detailed and high-quality working documentation in accordance with internal standards and audit practice requirements;
6. Effective management of several projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with deadlines and a high level of quality of services rendered;
7. Monitoring changes in legislation, financial standards and audit methodologies, in order to promptly adapt approaches and recommendations for clients.

Requirements:
1. Higher education in accounting, finance or related fields (professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA and similar are an advantage);
2. Experience in auditing from 3 to 5 years (preferably experience in one of the Big Four companies);
3. Deep knowledge of accounting, taxation and audit regulation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;4. Confident use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to effectively interact with clients and work in a team;
6. Fluency in English, Uzbek and/or Russian.
