My professional experience in legal support for businesses, corporate and labor law spans more than 25 years. Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive practical experience in legal support of company operations, contract and claims work, participation in court proceedings, as well as in matters related to the registration and liquidation of companies.

Currently, I serve as a Senior Manager in the Legal Services Department at MOORE CA, where I provide comprehensive legal support to clients. As part of my role, I participate in drafting and analyzing contracts, preparing constituent documents, and advising on corporate, labor, and commercial law matters, as well as in projects related to legal and HR due diligence. In addition, I provide legal support to clients in the registration and liquidation of legal entities, assist with claims and dispute resolution processes, and interact with government authorities on behalf of clients.

My professional practice also includes extensive experience in providing legal support to companies across various sectors of the economy, preparing legal opinions, conducting negotiations, organizing internal legal processes, and monitoring changes in the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In my work, I place particular emphasis on minimizing legal risks, protecting clients’ interests, and ensuring that business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

I graduated from the Tashkent State Institute of Law with a degree in Law, obtaining the qualification of a lawyer.
