My professional experience in human resources management, talent acquisition, and organizational development includes practical work in HR departments and administrative roles. Throughout my professional career, I have gained experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, organizing internal HR processes, and supporting corporate development.
Currently, I work as an HR Manager at MOORE CA, where I am responsible for the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, hiring, and onboarding employees. I also develop and implement HR policies and internal procedures in compliance with labor legislation, coordinate employee performance evaluation and career development processes, organize staff training, and ensure proper HR documentation in accordance with internal company regulations.
Previously, I worked as an HR Specialist at Sales Hunters, where I managed recruitment processes, developed employee onboarding programs, administered compensation and benefits systems, organized training programs, and analyzed HR metrics. In addition, I completed an internship in the Human Resources Department at Uzcard Payment System, where I assisted with recruitment processes, supported employee onboarding, and maintained HR databases.
My professional background also includes administrative experience and client interaction, where I developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I place particular emphasis on developing corporate culture, effective people management, and improving HR processes within organizations.
I obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Webster University in Tashkent, with a minor in International Relations.
